Refund & Cancellations Policy
Refunds
All products are freshly prepared and made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our items, refunds are generally not provided once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced.
Refunds will only be considered if there is a clear and verifiable issue with the product at the point of delivery or self pickup, such as receiving an incorrect item or a product that is not in acceptable condition due to preparation or delivery errors.
Claims related to taste preference, personal expectations, delayed consumption, or improper storage after delivery or pickup completed will not be eligible for refunds.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are subject to timing and production status. Orders may only be cancelled if the request is made before preparation has begun. Once production is underway, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, operational limitations, or events beyond our control. In such cases, appropriate compensation or store credit will be arranged at our discretion.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued primarily in the form of bank account transfer, unless otherwise determined.
Refunds will be processed after the issue has been reviewed and confirmed by our team, and may take several working days to be reflected.
Refunds will not be issued in cash.
How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, customers must submit their request via butterellebybicco@gmail.com OR Whatsapp Us at 0149221648, including your order number and photos (if applicable).
Cancellation requests are only deemed valid once acknowledged by our team.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee cancellation approval.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Significant quality defects caused during preparation
- Damage clearly attributable to delivery handling
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Delayed consumption beyond the recommended timeframe
- Improper storage after delivery or pickup
