How Do I Track My Delivery?

Customers will receive an email containing driver details prior to the selected delivery time slot, once a driver has been assigned.

Delivery Time Slots

Delivery is available within the following time slots:
10am–1pm, 2pm–4pm, 4pm–430pm.

While we aim to deliver within the selected time slot, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time due to traffic, routing, and external factors.

Missed Delivery

Delivery will only be attempted once per order. Missed deliveries may incur additional delivery fees, subject to driver availability.

Alternatively, customers may opt for self pickup, though freshness beyond the original delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

Address Changes

Delivery address changes are not permitted once an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate prior to checkout.

Additional Delivery Requests

Requests to change delivery location or timing may incur additional fees, determined by the driver and subject to availability.

Self Pickup

Self pickup orders must be collected within the agreed time slot at the checkout page. Once collected, responsibility for storage, handling, and product condition transfers to the customer.
