Will I be notified about my order status?

Absolutely.

For delivery, expect these notifications:

  1. Confirmation email after placing your order.
  2. Driver details when dispatched. (shortly before your chosen time slot/when your order is out for delivery)
  3. Proof of delivery email.

For pickup orders:

  1. Confirmation email.
  2. Notification when ready for pickup.

Can I change my order's date/time or cancel the order ?

Submit a request by contact us at WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance (or 48 hours for 2-day preorder cakes). We'll confirm via email if the changes can be accommodated.

Invoice/Receipt

You can download your invoice from the link at the bottom of the order confirmation email we send you.
